The digitization of the relationship with suppliers goes through the digitalization of the delivery note, something to which Gstock is committed. Thus, the second activity at the stand will be a practical demo of delivery note digitization with the cell phone, starting at 12:30 pm. In it, Carlos Aparisi, CEO of Docuindexa, will show how digitizing delivery notes with the cell phone helps to save time and effort, as well as to improve the relationship with suppliers. Aparisi will present the advances to improve the management of delivery notes, a key point for the hotelier, and that are making possible technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, OCR or Machine Learning.
The highlight of the day at the Gstock booth will come at 5:00 pm, when Federico Fritzsch, CEO of the company, will give a keynote in which he will present the main novelty: the sales forecasting and order automation tool powered by Artificial Intelligence, a solution that allows predicting sales and orders three weeks in advance and by product units.

At 4:00 pm, Gstock and allsaphi, a technological service specialized in food safety and traceability, will present their recent integration, designed to enable Gstock’s customers to develop full traceability and improve food safety and quality control in their processes. Federico Fritzsch, CEO of Gstock, and Jordi Obradors, CEO of allsaphi, will participate in this session with a practical demonstration.
The second day at the Gstock stand will close with the Speed Chat Digitizing the relationship with suppliers, in which Federico Fritzsch and Pedro Nágera, Sales Manager at Voxel, will analyze the present and pending tasks in the digitization of the hospitality value chain, with special attention to suppliers, and will answer questions such as: How much progress have we made in digitizing the relationship with suppliers in 12 months? What are the black spots today? Where are we and what is the most urgent thing that remains to be done? It will take place at 5:00 pm.
